Halloween is coming up and with it comes so pretty expensive expenses. But there are a number of ways that you can get into the halloween spirit and get your spook on with out scarying your wallet this year. I sat down and wrote up an article this year giving some of the Halloween tips that I use each year that saves us some money but still lets us get with the spooky traditions.
This effects all of us as Americans whether or not we use the Medicare and or on oxygen or not. The reason it effects all of us is that one day we may need this and it will not be there for us despite the fact that we work and pay taxes so that it will be there. Also it effects each and everyone of us because we at some point may have or do have a loved one that is on oxygen and using Medicare.
With the cuts our loved ones will no longer receive the oxygen that they need that is helping with the quality of their life. This is said that politicians have done what they are doing. It is appalling that they disregard human life so much that they are cutting a benefit such as this one from our elderly and disabled countrymen/women.

As a freelance writer I was able to publish my story. I recently enlisted in the military. I really never thought I could after having children. Now the military would have let me enlist but I thought as a mother that it would be hard to be a soldier and still have time to be a mother. I published my personal story in hopes of inspiring other women who want to be a soldier but think they can't now that they are mothers.

First off I do not own a Pit Bull at this moment. But I have owned a few in the past and if I was to get one from a pup and raise it myself then I would have no fear of it near my children. Is it because I am one of those Pit Bull lovers that love the dog no matter what to the point that I know nothing of their danger?
Nope. It is because I have done what any dog owner should do prior to owning any type of dog. I did my home work. I know what to look for in a Pit Bull. I know what temperment is right for a Pit Bull and what temperment to look for when it comes to putting a dog down. Yes there is some temperment that if a Pit Bull exhibits that says you should put the dog to sleep because there is something wrong with it.
I do not love Pit Bulls over any other breed. I love all dogs. What I do love is knowledge and responsible dog ownership. Through out history we have heard of witches being burned at the stake. During my time researching old court records pertaining to the Salem Witch Trials I had discovered that this victims were not burned at the stake but rather hung. I started looking back beyond 1692 to see if witches had been burned prior to this time. What I found was that witches were not really being burned but rather hung. So were did the idea of burning at the stake come from?
It actually came from the fact that women were being burned for heresy. The Catholic church was ok with burning someone who had a different religious view point.

Almost everyone has heard of the Salem Witch Trials. Television specials that showcase supposed haunted places in Salem that is suppose to be because of the execution of witches that took place in 1692. These women and men were more than likely innocent but were persecuted for being different in their societies eyes. Or accused of being a witch by someone that was mad at them.
Court records show what really took place and the extent that these scared people went to. Most articles that I have found on the salem witch trials gloss over the real human beings that lived or died through this horror. You can help you child get better in reading by starting a reading club. We have found that this informal fun evening with friends helps our on child get stronger with his reading. Reading clubs are great because you can teach children in a fun informal atmosphere . Use different themes each time and keep everything fresh and you can help your child get stronger in reading along with their friends.

Buying clothes for your kids can get really expensive, especially if you want to keep them in nice clothes. As a mother of multiple boys, I find that it can get really expensive keeping mine in nice clothes. Boys for some reason seem to be harder on their clothes than girls, requiring me to buy more clothes long before they have out grown the ones they have destroyed. School is starting back up and with it will go your sanity. Those hectic school day morings leave even the best mother feeling a little drained by time the children leave for school. I personally have been there and done all of that. Learning how to read can open many doors for your child. As adults reading is a big part of our lives and our comprehension of what we read is also a big part of living as an adult. By reading your child can go back in time and roam around with the dinosaurs or go off into outer space and meet an alien. Book will fuel their imaginations and take them far.

I can not count how many times I have heard a woman say" What did I do wrong this time", or " I am a good person, so why do I end up with guys that don't want a commitment?". Well ladies some times the reason for a relationship going south is the man's fault, other times it is really your fault.

I had taken the liberty of looking into John McCain and what his stand on abortion is. What I found was quite shocking. The man is all over the charts on what he says and what he does. In one interview that man will say one thing, then in another interview he will say something completely different. Can this man really be trusted as President of our country when he is flip flopping around on where he stands on political hot topics such as abortion?

This is not a promotional deal on promoting my writing. This time I just wanted to ramble on about me. Maybe give everyone reading my blog an insight into who I am. First and foremost I am a wife and mother of four young boys. Aside from that I am a writer. I write for a great company that not only pays me upfront for my articles but also pays me a page view bonus. So that is why I promote my writing with them. They are not the only place I have written for but they are my main source of income for my writings.
Aside from my writing I love to spend time with my husband and my children. Going camping is sometimes a nice little getaway for us. But to be honest I only like it in short order. I am not a huge fan of camping so I don't try to do that to often. There I have admitted it, I am not a very outdoorsy person. Don't get me wrong I do love going and visiting attractions that get back to the basics of things, but only in like I said short order.
I like to swim but with a toddler I don't get to really get out there and swim my heart out though. I am usually left at the shallow area of the river entertaining our toddler, while my husband is out in the deeper area enjoying himself or off sitting on the river bank somewhere just watching. That is ok cause I like to see my little boy's face light up when he sees what he calls " baby fishies".
This year I am going to have three of my boys in school, leaving only the toddler at home with me. This should prove to be entertaining. The toddler is hooked on his 5 year old brother and use to having him at home while the older boys are in school, and now this year he won't have his 5 year old brother at home with him.

My parents are divorced, I myself am divorced with children and my current husband has a child from a previous marrriage. My husband does a great job trying to keep the divorce from effecting his child, my ex husband on the other hand has dropped out of our kids lives. My father practically dropped out of my life with very infrequent visits throughout the years. While my father did make up for all of this later and we have a great relationship, not all fathers are so lucky.
